Revolut seeks an experienced Regulatory Compliance Manager to advise on crypto regulatory obligations and oversee related controls. You will work with cross‑functional teams to ensure product launches meet MiCA and CARF requirements.

The role emphasizes mapping, policy development from scratch, approvals review, and establishing a company-wide cryptoasset training programme to improve customer outcomes across crypto products and services.

Qualificações

• 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator.
• Expertise in cryptoasset obligations (MiCA, CARF, etc.).
• University degree in STEM, business, or finance.
• Knowledge of regulatory gap analysis.
• Familiarity with policy creation and implementation.
• Understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with internal teams and regulators.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing oversight on compliance obligations for cryptoasset products and related controls
• Ensuring high-quality regulatory mapping
• Challenging, assessing, and implementing policies from scratch
• Reviewing 1LoD compliance approvals for cryptoasset products, and providing appropriate feedback
• Ensuring a robust, company-wide cryptoasset training and competency programme
• Providing 2LoD oversight on cryptoasset complaints, diving into root‑cause analyses to drive better customer outcomes
• Overseeing horizon scanning for relevant geographies

What You'll Need

• 7+ years of experience in a regulatory compliance role within a consultancy, compliance function, or regulator
