Revolut is seeking a Junior Product Marketing Manager to drive profitability through Loyalty product adoption and engagement. You’ll lead upgrade strategies and craft a marketing plan focused on customer lifetime value across global markets.

You will work with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international environment to deliver compelling value propositions and campaigns that resonate across channels and regions.

Qualificações

• Experience in B2B or B2C product, brand, or consumer marketing in a fast-paced environment (preferably in a hyper-growth tech company).
• Proven experience driving premium product adoption.
• Knowledge of fintech or payments markets and competitive landscape.
• Strategic direction setting and managing complex go-to-market campaigns with cross-team input and execution.
• Original ideas and high creative standards while maintaining brand integrity.
• Strong understanding of channels including in-product, digital, PR and offline activations.

Responsabilidades

• Immerse in understanding customer needs and Loyalty products globally using data-driven insights to shape strategy.
• Design Loyalty product marketing strategy across channels from positioning to launch campaigns.
• Craft compelling value propositions and narratives; collaborate with creative teams to bring them to life.
• Coordinate Loyalty launches across multiple markets ensuring consistent messaging and market differentiation.
• Foster cross-functional partnerships with Product, Design and Communications to maximise awareness and adoption.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify segmentation opportunities and optimize conversions.
