Qualificações

• Experiência como Líder de equipe ou em um cargo de liderança.
• Conhecimento sólido em plataformas CRM e customização.
• Experiência em desenvolvimento com .NET, integrações e extensões.
• Habilidades de gestão de projetos e pessoas.
• Proficiência em inglês e português (mínimo B2).

Responsabilidades

• Liderar e gerenciar projetos e iniciativas relacionados a CRM.
• Coordenar e apoiar atividades de entrega de projetos.
• Gerenciar e orientar membros da equipe.
• Desenvolver e manter extensões .NET e integrações de sistema.
• Definir objetivos de projeto e soluções técnicas com partes interessadas.

Join our team as a CRM/.Net Team Leader(Hybrid – Lisbon)!

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and manage CRM-related projects and initiatives
• Coordinate and support project delivery activities across teams
• Manage and mentor team members, ensuring collaboration and performance
• Design, implement, and customize CRM solutions according to business needs
• Develop and maintain .NET extensions and system integrations
• Gather, analyze, and evaluate client requirements and capabilities
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives and technical solutions
• Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and deliverables are met
• Identify and resolve technical or project-related issues proactively
• Communicate progress, risks, and solutions effectively with clients and internal teams

Qualifications:

• Experience as a Team Lead or in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and customization
• Experience with .NET development, integrations, and extensions
• Ability to gather and evaluate client business and technical requirements
• Strong project and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to work effectively in high-pressure or stressful environments
• Strong sense of responsibility and accountability
• Proactive, dynamic, and solution-oriented mindset
• Good teamwork and collaboration skills
• English and Portuguese proficiency at a professional level (minimum B2).
• Availability to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon.
