Job summary

Tecnimede Group is seeking a CRM and SQL Database Analyst to join the Marketing team in Sintra. The role focuses on managing Salesforce CRM, validating data quality, and delivering actionable insights through SQL-based analyses and Power BI dashboards.

Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years in CRM/data analysis, experience with Salesforce/VEEVA/OCE, strong SQL and BI skills, and excellent communication in English. This position is based in Sintra, Portugal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing or similar.
• 1-2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis.
• Experience with CRM systems Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE or similar.
• Knowledge of SQL and data analysis; experience with BI tools (Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; Fluency in English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company CRM, ensuring compliance with sector regulations.
• Manage the HCP and pharmacies database; ensure accurate dashboards for commercial teams.
• Create CRM data reports meeting the needs of different Business Units.
• Develop SQL queries to extract, analyze, and integrate data from multiple sources; build dashboards and interactive Power BI reports.

We are looking to strengthen our Marketing team with a CRM and SQL Database Analyst (M/F). We are seeking an experienced CRM and SQL Database Analyst with background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM, supporting commercial and medical teams, maintaining data quality, and delivering actionable business insights through advanced SQL-based analysis and reporting.

This role requires a professional who understands pharmaceutical sales, customer engagement, healthcare professional (HCP) data management, and the importance of regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining the company's CRM, ensuring that it is up-to-date and compliant with sector regulations.
• Manage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and correct alignment of the commercial teams' dashboards.
• Creating CRM data reports that meet the needs of the different Business Units.
• Keeping up to date with the latest CRM trends and technologies. Develop SQL queries for extracting, analyzing and integrating data from different sources Create and maintain dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams.

Qualifications

Additional skills

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and functionalities, especially modules related to customer management, sales, marketing and service;
• Certifications or trainings related to CRM or data management would be highly valued;
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) would be a plus
• Experience in implementing Power BI and/or AI projects.

Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus;
