Job summary

The Tecnimede Group seeks a CRM and SQL Database Analyst to manage Salesforce CRM, optimize data quality, and deliver actionable insights through SQL and Power BI. You will support marketing and sales teams and work within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in CRM/data analysis, proficiency in Salesforce/VEEVA, strong SQL skills, and fluency in English. Portuguese market exposure is a plus; join a multinational Portuguese group focused on health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in economics, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing or others.
• 1–2 years of experience in CRM and data analysis.
• Experience in CRM systems Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE or others.
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in data analysis and modeling.
• Experience with data integration, BI tools (Power BI).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory.

• Managing and maintaining the company's CRM, ensuring up-to-date data and regulatory compliance.
• Manage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, aligning dashboards for commercial teams.
• Create CRM data reports meeting the needs of different Business Units.
• Keep up to date with latest CRM trends and technologies.
• Develop SQL queries for data extraction, analysis and integration.

We are looking to strengthen our Marketing team with a CRM and SQL Database Analyst (M/F).

We are seeking an experienced CRM and SQL Database Analyst with background in the pharmaceutical industry to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Salesforce CRM, supporting commercial and medical teams, maintaining data quality, and delivering actionable business insights through advanced SQL-based analysis and reporting.

This role requires a professional who understands pharmaceutical sales, customer engagement, healthcare professional (HCP) data management, and the importance of regulatory compliance in a highly regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Managing and maintaining the company's CRM, ensuring that it is up-to-date and compliant with sector regulations;
• Manage the database of HCPs and pharmacies, ensuring the accuracy, consistency and correct alignment of the commercial teams' dashboards;
• Creating CRM data reports that meet the needs of the different Business Units;
• Keeping up to date with the latest CRM trends and technologies.
• Develop SQL queries for extracting, analyzing and integrating data from different sources
• Create and maintain dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI, providing actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams;

Qualifications:

• Experience in CRM systems Salesforce, VEEVA, OCE or others;
• Knowledge of SQL and experience in data analysis and modeling

• Fluency in English is mandatory.

Additional skills:

• Strong understanding of CRM architecture and functionalities, especially modules related to customer management, sales, marketing and service;
• Certifications or trainings related to CRM or data management would be highly valued;
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) would be a plus
• Experience in implementing Power BI and/or AI projects.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical sector is a plus;
