Job summary

Quanteam, founding entity of Rainbow Partners, invites a Technical Business Analyst to join an international team focused on credit risk stress testing. You will blend business analysis with strong technical skills to support calculation engines, data quality, and regulatory reporting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, delivery within regulatory deadlines, and hands-on work with SQL, Python, and PySpark.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, IT, CS or related field.
Experience as a Business Analyst or Functional Expert in Credit Risk and IFRS9.
Strong SQL and Python skills with problem-solving ability.
Knowledge of PySpark is highly valued.
Experience with Dataiku and Agile methods a plus.
Banking sector experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Analyze business needs and translate into functional specs for credit risk stress testing.
Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to deliver system enhancements on time.
Use SQL and Python to analyze data and validate results.
Define and execute functional tests for engines and user interfaces.
Produce stress test results and support end users.
Support credit risk parameters, IFRS9 provisions, capital, and RWA calculations.
Identify data quality, reliability and scalability improvements.
Maintain functional docs and contribute to Agile process improvements.
