NielsenIQ is looking for a Creative Strategist based in Lisbon, Portugal. This role will focus on boosting creative innovation and integrating AI tools into marketing strategies. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy and be proficient in performance marketing for B2C apps.
You will collaborate with various teams to analyze and optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. Candidates must be fluent in English and possess a strong analytical mindset.
Compensation: EUR 31800 - EUR 44000 - yearly

Our Marketing team drives the growth of a B2C application (productivity/consumer services) with more than 0.5M paid leads per year across more than 20 countries and 12 languages. With an annual marketing budget of several million Euros, we’re seeking a Creative Strategist to ensure the performance of our acquisition campaigns. You’ll report directly to the Global Marketing & Recruitment Lead.
Creative Strategist
Your main mission will be to boost creative innovation, transforming market insights into impactful campaigns that fuel growth. A crucial part of this role involves proactively integrating Artificial Intelligence tools and agents to accelerate testing, maximize ROI, and maintain our competitive edge. You’ll collaborate closely with media buyers, the Social Media Manager, country leaders and external content producers and agencies.
