Qualificações

• Native English writing experience for B2B demand generation.
• 2+ years of B2B demand generation or performance marketing writing.
• Strong portfolio of short-form, conversion-focused work.
• Deep familiarity with US market tone and business communication.
• Experience with AI-based tools for campaign creation and testing.

Responsabilidades

• Own performance strategy across search, display, and video channels.
• Manage budgets and align with ROI and pipeline goals.
• Plan full-funnel paid tactics from MQL to retargeting.
• Set up A/B tests and bid strategy validations to accelerate learnings.
• Collaborate with content, analytics, and campaign teams on messaging and offers.
• Implement measurement frameworks using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM data.
• Report ROAS, CPL, and pipeline contributions with actionable insights.
• Leverage AI tools to automate campaigns and optimize bidding.
• Stay updated on SEM, performance marketing trends and AI optimization.
