A leading automotive technology company in Braga is looking for a Controlling Business Partner to monitor stock and financial processes. You will collaborate with business leaders, analyze financial data, and ensure adherence to budgets. The ideal candidate has a degree in relevant fields, proven experience in management controlling, and strong SAP skills. Job Description

As a Controlling Business Partner, you will play a key role in monitoring and managing stock and financial processes while collaborating with business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Perform stock revaluation for year-end closing, quarterly closing, and forecast cycles
• Coordinate stock‑taking processes
• Manage inventory differences and postings in SAP
• Serve as SAP key user for stock processes
• Support audit requests
• Act as a business partner to Heads of Department
• Analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports on stocks, overhead costs, and performance indicators
• Perform business plans and current forecasts jointly with other areas
• Monitor and analyze costs to ensure adherence to budgets
• Collaborate with directors and managers to identify areas of improvement and cost‑saving opportunities
• Conduct data and deviation analysis for monthly business reports and forecasts
• Prepare monthly reports and participate in period‑end closing activities
• Support the ramp‑up of controlling processes in SAP S/4HANA

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

Experience

• Proven experience in management controlling and financial analysis
• Hands‑on experience with stock management and SAP

Skills & Knowledge

• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret financial data
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Knowledge of SAP R/3; experience with S/4HANA is a plus
• Familiarity with Power BI and Power Query is advantageous

• Excellent English, both written and spoken
