EliteService Staffing is seeking a Contract Moderator for our Braga, Portugal location. You will moderate user-generated content, enforce platform policies, and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.

As a Contract Moderator for our company you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our online community platform You will moderate user-generated content and enforce the platforms rules and policies This is an urgent job that requires a detail-oriented individual with previous experience in moderation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate user-generated content according to the platforms guidelines
• Respond to user inquiries and reports in a timely manner
• Identify and escalation any issues or violations to the appropriate team members
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and updates in online community management
• Collaborate with other moderators to maintain a positive and safe online environment for users

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in online community moderation or related field
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong understanding of online platforms social media and user-generated content
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary

This is a contract position with a monthly salary of $1100 USD

Location

This job is based in Braga Portugal
