We are seeking a contract moderator to join our team in Almada Portugal This role is suitable for men who are detail-oriented organized and have excellent communication skills As a moderator you will be responsible for monitoring online forums and communities to ensure that all posts and comments adhere to our companys guidelines You will also be responsible for responding to user inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Key Responsibilities

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise on the platform
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in community management

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communications Marketing or a related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in community management or moderation online experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Knowledge of social media platforms and online community dynamics
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Salary The salary for this contract position is 1200$ per month

Location This role is based in Almada Portugal
