Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Entry-level Moderator to join our team in Lisbon Portugal As a Moderator you will be responsible for monitoring online forums social media platforms and other online communities to ensure that all user-generated content adheres to our companys guidelines and standards

Responsibilities

• Monitor and review user-generated content on various online platforms


• Enforce community guidelines and policies by taking appropriate action on any violations


• Respond to user inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner


• Collaborate with the moderation team to continuously improve processes and procedures


• Identify trends and patterns in user behavior and report any issues or concerns to management


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online moderation

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Communication Marketing or a related field or equivalent work experience


• Fluent in English written and spoken with excellent communication skills


• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively


• Familiarity with various social media platforms


• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team


• Strong problem-solving skills


• Experience with online moderation is a plus

Salary 1800$ per month
