Job summary

Voltalia is seeking a Contract Management Specialist to optimize opportunities, protect margins, and ensure HSE compliance across renewable energy projects. You will work under Global Contract Manager guidance with construction teams to maximize asset performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes risk control, contract changes, dispute resolution, and collaboration with IPP Management and Project Finance to drive project delivery efficiency and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in law, commerce, purchasing, or related field or equivalent.
• 7–10 years in contract development or management on medium to large projects.
• Knowledge of the renewable energy sector and contract management.
• Ability to manage ambiguities and coordinate matrix teams across geographies.
• Fluent in English with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development and finalisation of construction contracts and schedules with stakeholders.
• Manage ambiguities across legal, commercial and technical aspects reflected in contract documents.
• Control risks and performance of contracts throughout the life cycle.
• Manage contract commitments, notices, changes, disputes, and settlements.
• Act as trusted business partner to IPP Management, Project Finance and Project Management teams.
• Prepare contract summaries for project teams, communicate risks and obligations.
