ATEPELI - Ateliers du Portugal is seeking a Continuous Improvement Intern to support our operations team in Ponte de Lima. You will analyze production data, standardize processes and apply LEAN techniques to drive efficiency across workshops.

The ideal candidate is pursuing Industrial Engineering, Management, or related fields, with strong analytical, communication and teamwork skills, and Excel proficiency. Eligible for Level 6 professional internship; position open until filled.

What you'll do:

• Support the standardization of production processes;
• Help monitor and optimize performance indicators (KPIs) across production areas;
• Contribute to the reorganization of production layouts to increase efficiency and productivity;
• Apply LEAN tools and methodologies in real industrial projects;
• Work closely with production teams and team leaders to plan and implement improvement initiatives.

Is this you?

• Education or interest in Industrial Engineering, Management or related fields; bring all you have.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with data and production processes.
• Knowledge of LEAN tools is a plus; proficiency in Excel is a requirement.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, comfortable interacting with production teams.
• Critical thinking, autonomy and problem-solving mindset.
• Eligible for a Level 6 professional internship.
