Job summary

Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) in Portugal seeks a Content Account Lead to drive activation of in-house content solutions for Nestlé’s Brands and Categories. You will oversee a team of Content Account Specialists and coordinate with global, regional and local marketing teams across the lifecycle of content campaigns.

You will foster strong relationships with Marketing stakeholders, ensure timely charge-backs and SLAs, and bring data-driven insights to optimize processes while maintaining robust

Qualifications

• At least 7 years in Marketing, Brand management, Communication, Advertising and/or Content.
• At least 2 years of successfully leading teams is a plus (not dismissive).
• Proven experience in managing marketing Key/Global/Regional accounts.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Nestlé’s internal content solutions and support in their activation.
• Deliver World Class Service to internal stakeholders and brands.
• Inspire, motivate and lead the Content Account Specialists daily.
• Interact with global/regional marketing stakeholders and other teams (finance, procurement, IT).
• Coordinate with Global Content Solution teams and center operations leadership.
• Provide data-driven insights to propose practical solutions.
• Maintain operational docs (processes, service catalogue, briefs).
• Run regular operational reviews with internal/external suppliers to track service delivery.
