Nestlé Business Solutions (NBS) is seeking a Content Expert to translate approved brand content into executable plans across consumer touchpoints. You will orchestrate global agency coordination, localization and governance while aligning with Nestlé’s operating models and tools.

The role requires 5+ years in digital marketing for FMCG, fluent English, and a collaborative, results-driven mindset in a hybrid work environment.

Competenze

• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or eBusiness with large FMCG brands.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and holistic content across consumer touchpoints.
• Experience coordinating campaigns, agencies, content production, localization and multi-market roll-outs.
• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments and influence without direct authority.

• Turn strategy into action — translate approved content and brand communication priorities into milestones, deployment roadmaps and market requirements.
• Orchestrate delivery — coordinate global agencies, NBS teams and markets, track status and risks, and help remove operational barriers.
• Act as Brand Guardian — guide local adaptations, safeguard global brand governance, resolve questions and elate decisions that require Business approval.
• Coordinate campaigns and content end to end — support demand intake, briefing, integrated debriefs, timelines, production follow-up, playbooks, toolkit shareout and Content Hub upload compliance.
• Accelerate adoption — advocate Nestlé Content Operating Models and integrated solutions, including Content Services, Content Studio, Content Hub and CreativeX.
• Connect global and local teams — consolidate market needs, content trends, adaptability requirements, execution constraints and lessons learned into actionable recommendations.
• Build capability — coach stakeholders, deliver training and share knowledge and best practices across teams.
• Strengthen governance — improve processes and ways of working, provide regular performance and status reporting, and coordinate continuous-improvement plans with the relevant owners.
