24/7 operation Monday to Sunday (rotative shifts with 2 rotative days off)

As a Content Moderator for a top e‑commerce platform, you will review and moderate user‑generated content to ensure compliance with policies and maintain high quality standards. You’ll use your cultural understanding, communication skills, and precision to safeguard the platform’s integrity.
- Ensure Quality & Safety: Review and moderate content for compliance with platform and e‑commerce policies.
- Policy Compliance: Apply judgment to detect policy/legal issues and escape as needed.
- Stay Informed: Keep up‑to‑date with products, policies, and industry trends.
- Adapt to Change: Work within evolving, schedules, and policies.
- Manage Peaks: Handle increased workload during campaigns and promotions.
- Fluency in Italian (C2) and good command of English (B2).
- Strong moderation and decision‑making skills.
- Understanding of e‑commerce platforms.
- Empathy, resilience, and high tolerance for rotational, shift‑based work.
- Comfortable handling sensitive content.
- Welcome Bonus: 2,000 (paid conditions apply)
- Competitive Monthly Gross Salary: 1,000 (14 months)
- Complexity Bonus: 100 (11 months)
- Meal Allowance: 7.23/day (net)
- Transport Allowance: 20 (12 months)
- Health Insurance: From Day 1 (free after 6 months, upon NIF & NISS registration)
- Reimbursement of airfare (Economy class) up to 400 at the end of the 6th month of the contract.
- Relocation package: Room in a shared apartment for up to 12 months, rent 280/month (utilities included, deducted from payslip).
- Lisbon Remote Role: Only open to candidates living between Coimbra and Algarve. No relocation provided.
- Braga & Aveiro: No accommodation or relocation offered candidates must already live north of Coimbra.
- Start Date: 25 September 2025
- Contract Type: 6‑month CDD (with possibility of extension)
- Work Mode: On‑Site Lisbon
