About the Position

Are you detail‑oriented, resilient, and fluent in Italian? Join our multilingual content moderation team in sunny Lisbon, where you will play a vital role in ensuring online safety and compliance.

Responsibilities

You will review and assess sensitive advertisements and user‑generated content in areas such as:

• Pornography & Nudity
• Violence & Gore
• Human Trafficking
• Bullying & Harassment
• Drugs & Alcohol

Important: This role involves viewing sensitive material in line with content policies.

Work Schedule

Monday to Friday (Rotative shifts between 07:00-22:00)

Days off: Saturday & Sunday

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: 1,000/month × 14 months
• Performance Bonus: 380/month × 12 months
• Meal Allowance (Net): €7.63 per working day
• Transport Allowance: Not provided

• From Abroad: Reimbursement of airfare up to €400 (economy) after 180 days; 28‑day hotel accommodation (depending on project)
• From within Portugal: Reimbursement of travel costs up to €150 (economy) after 180 days; 15‑day hotel accommodation (depending on project)

Requirements

• EU ID / Residence Card

• Residing in mainland Portugal or open to relocation
