AlSaree AutoTechnics is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Faro to oversee multiple projects from planning through completion. You will develop plans, schedules and budgets, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure on-time delivery with high quality and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage several projects simultaneously.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years of construction management experience.
• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.

Construction Project Manager

As a Construction Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various construction projects in Faro. Your main objective will be to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Developing project plans, schedules and budgets
• Overseeing all aspects of the construction process from planning to completion
• Managing and coordinating with subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and building codes
• Conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
• Reviewing and approving project expenditures
• Communicating with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns
• Resolving any conflicts or delays that may arise during the construction process

Requirements

To be successful in this role you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, a degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is preferred, strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also essential.

Salary

Competitive salary of 1700$ per month.
