Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

This remote role is based in Portugal; relocation support is provided for eligible candidates. You will work in a friendly, multicultural environment, handle inquiries in French and English, and record customer cases

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
