CBTalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience. The role is remote within Portugal with relocation support for eligible candidates.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French and English.
• Based in Portugal or EU passport with relocation openness.
• Experience in customer service is welcome but not mandatory.
• Ability to learn new systems and operate in a remote setting.

About The Role
