Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a Portugal-based technology service project. You will assist French-speaking customers, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure a smooth, positive experience.

This remote role is based in Portugal with relocation support for eligible candidates. You will handle inquiries in French and English, update cases, and contribute to a friendly, helpful customer journey.

About The Role
