Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

The role is remote within Portugal; relocation support is available for eligible candidates. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and ensure they have a smooth and positive experience.

About The Role
