Cbtalents is seeking a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal. You will assist French-speaking customers, answer questions, and guide them through simple technical issues to ensure a smooth experience.

This remote role within Portugal offers relocation support for eligible candidates and an international, multicultural work environment with a competitive salary.

About The Role

We are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join a technology-related customer service project based in Portugal.

You will assist French-speaking customers, answer their questions, guide them through simple technical issues, and make sure they have a smooth and positive experience.

The position is remote within Portugal. Candidates may already be based in Portugal or be open to relocating. Relocation support is available for eligible candidates.
