Capgemini Engineering is seeking a Mobile Core Network engineer to support and maintain Core CS and IMS platforms, ensuring service availability and performance. You will perform advanced troubleshooting and collaborate with Operations, vendors and engineering teams to drive improvements.

The role requires experience with mobile core networks, strong analytical skills, and English communication in a technical environment. Hybrid work arrangements are available across locations.

Qualificações

• Ideal candidate has a degree in telecommunications, networking, or computer science.
• Experience in Mobile Core Network engineering, support or operations.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in English within a technical environment.
• Core Network platforms experience with Ericsson and/or Huawei.

Responsabilidades

• Support and maintain Core CS and IMS platforms, ensuring service availability, stability and performance.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis on voice, signalling and subscriber management services.
• Support software upgrades, network changes and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate activities with Operations teams, vendors and engineering teams.
• Support the resolution of complex technical incidents and recurring issues.
