Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous concrete experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow construction plans.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials and equipment.
• Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fluent in Portuguese (knowledge of English is an asset).

Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of concrete mixtures according to specified ratios.
• Pour and spread concrete mixtures into forms using various tools.
• Smooth and level the surface of concrete using hand or power tools.
• Apply finishing techniques to achieve desired texture and appearance.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as power saws, drills, and grinders.
• Remove damaged or deteriorated concrete using jackhammers or other techniques.
• Follow safety guidelines and use protective gear when handling hazardous materials.
