Euronext in Porto is seeking a Compensation Specialist Trainee to join our HR team. You will support workforce planning, monitor staff costs, and assist with monthly reporting across the group.

You will help prepare compensation projects, deliver reporting for management reviews, and share information with the HR population. The role requires strong Excel skills, English fluency, and a degree in HR/Business/Economics.

Responsabilidades

• Workforce Planning staff cost monitoring and monthly reporting support.
• Assist HR team to extract and analyse monthly and quarterly reporting.
• Coordinate with Business Leaders and finance partners for monthly reviews and data alignment across systems.
• Support in compensation-related projects and initiatives and in preparing management reports.
