Job summary

Siemens Global Business Services (GBS) in Portugal is seeking a Finance professional to support a Germany-based Real Estate project within FPS. The role focuses on cost tracking, forecasting, and financial analysis in a collaborative environment.

Work is hybrid from Portugal with cross-border collaboration to Germany. You will deliver monthly KPI analyses, align with stakeholders, and ensure governance compliance. German and English fluency and strong Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, accounting, finance or related fields.
• Three years of professional experience.
• Good command of German and English.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• SAP knowledge is a strong advantage.
• Cognitive flexibility and resilience.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities

• Leading core commercial activities such as cost tracking, invoice clarification, financial analysis, and controlling.
• Driving accurate financial forecasting through regular updates, alignment, and reporting.
• Collaborating closely with the technical project partner to ensure smooth coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Preparing monthly KPI and variance analysis, highlighting risks, opportunities, and required actions.
• Managing additional commercial topics in the project, ensuring compliance with internal financial and governance guidelines.
