Job summary

EY-Parthenon Portugal is building a dedicated Business Hub to support Europe West with high-quality Commercial Due Diligence (CDD) engagements and market assessments. As a Commercial Due Diligence Manager, you will assess market dynamics, customer trends, and growth opportunities, guiding investment decisions for PE investors and corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of professional experience in Commercial Due Diligence, Strategy Consulting, Transaction Advisory, Market Intelligence, or related fields.
• Proven project management skills with experience coordinating teams and senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify new business opportunities and contribute to client development activities.
• Full professional proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Availability to work in Portugal and collaborate with international teams across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead Commercial Due Diligence projects and engagement teams, delivering high-quality analyses.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and maintain relationships with Private Equity investors and corporate clients.
• Oversee market attractiveness, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities for target companies.
• Synthesize analyses into actionable recommendations for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
• Support business development through proposals, client pitches, and thought leadership.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Management, or a related field
