Caixa Mágica Software in Lisbon is seeking a seasoned IT Operations professional to join the WM APS team in Portugal. You will handle incidents, service requests and general application support, contributing to DR/Live play activities and service improvements.

The role requires strong Linux/CLI skills, scripting and hands-on cloud experience with multiple providers, plus automation with Ansible and Terraform. A Master’s degree is preferred and 5+ years of relevant experience is expected.
