Qualificações

• Strong background in cloud-native operations, preferably Azure.
• Experience building automated environments and pipelines at scale.
• Solid understanding of observability, telemetry and reliability engineering.
• Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems and guide teams toward resilient patterns.
• An automation-focused mindset with emphasis on repeatability and operational simplicity.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where infrastructure evolves quickly.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain cloud environments using infrastructure as code and reusable modules.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines with automated validation, safety controls and progressive rollout patterns.
• Implement observability across logs, metrics and traces, with actionable signal for teams.
• Define and maintain reliability standards including SLOs, error budgets and incident processes.
• Establish secure defaults for environments, services and deployments.
• Optimize runtime performance and cost through data-driven analysis.
• Remove manual operations by automating environment, deployment and maintenance workflows.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, data and security teams to ensure platform readiness.
