BGBx in Portugal is seeking an Infrastructure & Data Engineer with 3-5 years of experience to build and maintain cloud infrastructure, data platforms, and production data pipelines. You will develop reliable, scalable infrastructure to support data processing, analytics, and downstream applications.

This role emphasizes strong cloud skills, coding, and DevOps practices. You will join an AI-native engineering team that embraces modern tools, operates with autonomy, and prioritizes security,

Formación

• 3-5 years in infra/data/platform engineering or similar.
• Strong Python and SQL skills.
• Hands-on GCP experience, BigQuery and Cloud Storage.
• Experience with Terraform or similar IaC tool.
• Kubernetes deployment experience.
• Experience with orchestrators such as Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, or Flyte.
• CI/CD pipelines experience, ideally GitHub Actions.
• Strong data infrastructure knowledge in cloud environments.
• Understanding of data lineage, metadata, and data quality.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain cloud infrastructure and data platforms on GCP.
• Develop ETL/ELT data pipelines and orchestration workflows.
• Implement infrastructure as code with Terraform and CI/CD with GitHub Actions.
• Deploy and operate containerized workloads with Docker and Kubernetes.
• Develop data solutions using Python and SQL.
• Work with large-scale datasets using BigQuery and GCS.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and data workflows.
• Maintain data lineage, metadata, and data dependencies across pipelines.
