Axians Portugal is seeking a Cloud Support Infrastructure Administrator to strengthen production support for cloud-based platforms. You will troubleshoot incidents, monitor service health, and drive automation with Ansible and Terraform.

The role requires Linux expertise, practical cloud experience (AWS/Azure/IBM/Google), and English proficiency. You will collaborate with global teams and maintain documentation, with on-call rotations included.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT Operations, Production Support, or Software Engineering.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with cloud environments.
• At least 2 years of experience working with Ansible and Docker.
• Professional experience supporting critical production environments.
• Certifications in Kubernetes, Ansible, Terraform, or related technologies will be valued.
• Advanced level of English (written and spoken).

Responsabilidades

• Provide production support for applications and platforms, ensuring service availability and performance.
• Analyze system, middleware, and application logs to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents.
• Monitor services, produce operational reports, and contribute to continuous service improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain automation solutions using tools such as Ansible and Terraform for provisioning, configuration, and deployments.
• Collaborate with global teams, participate in knowledge transfer activities, and support disaster recovery and operational readiness exercises.
• Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles.
• Participate in a 24/7 support model, including on-call rotations, weekends, and public holidays when required.
