Caixa Mágica Software seeks an APS Cloud Specialist to ensure stability and operational excellence of Wealth Management IT applications and cloud platforms. You will contribute to incident management, automation, and DR exercises, while participating in 24/7 support activities.

The role requires strong Linux and cloud platform experience, Kubernetes and Docker skills, and proficiency with Ansible and Terraform to automate infrastructure and deployments. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Experience with Linux Administration (Red Hat Enterprise Linux).
• Experience with Cloud Platforms (IBM Cloud, AWS, Azure or Google Cloud).
• Experience with Kubernetes Administration and Support; Docker containers and containerized platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Application Production Support for Wealth Management IT applications and data platform services.
• Handle incidents, service requests and production support activities according to SLA commitments.
• Participate in shift rotations, on‑call support and weekend/public holiday support activities.
• Escalate production risks, operational issues and critical incidents to management in a timely manner.
• Perform monitoring, reporting and continuous improvement activities to enhance service quality and availability.
• Analyze application, middleware and system logs to identify and resolve issues proactively.
• Participate in Disaster Recovery tests and Live Play activities.
• Review, create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Support knowledge transfer activities and validate information shared by development teams.
• Build and maintain Ansible Playbooks and Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployment automation.
• Train and support Operations teams on Ansible, Docker and Kubernetes technologies.
• Contribute to operational excellence initiatives focused on reducing MTTD and MTTR.
