Job summary

Decskill is growing and seeking a Data Engineer & Data Infrastructure Specialist to design, build, and maintain data analytics applications on AWS. The role emphasizes independent work, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a focus on data science and production readiness.

You will contribute to data extraction, processing, and solution deployment while improving quality, performance, and reliability across environments. Fluent English is mandatory for global collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with Python for data manipulation and processing.
• Experience with SQL and data workflows in production environments.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Interest in Data Science and model deployment to production.
• Fluent English is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end features on a cloud-based Big Data platform (AWS) for data analysis and processing.
• Participate in architecture discussions to define data flows and processes for new features.
• Develop PoCs to validate technical approaches and solutions.
• Produce production-ready solutions and perform testing.
• Deploy solutions across development, QA, and production environments.
• Monitor deployed solutions, perform debugging and maintenance, and document features.
