Devoteam, a global leader in Digital Transformation, seeks a Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect to design scalable AWS-based data architectures for cloud products. You will guide ingestion, storage, processing, governance, and interface with stakeholders to translate needs into robust data platforms.

The role requires hands-on experience with Snowflake, Spark, Kafka and streaming tech, plus CI/CD, Terraform and data governance.

Qualificações

• Experience as a Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect in AWS cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end data architecture: ingestion, transformation, storage, processing and governance.
• Hands-on with Snowflake, Spark, Kafka and streaming technologies (e.g., Spark Structured Streaming, Flink, Kafka Streams).
• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of Data Mesh, Event-Driven Architecture and Domain-Driven Design.
• Experience with APIs/interfaces, metadata management, data cataloguing and governance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with technical teams.

Responsabilidades

• Design scalable and sustainable data architectures for cloud-based data products.
• Provide architectural guidance on data platforms, processing, integration, warehousing and cloud infrastructure.
• Support data teams across the full lifecycle from solution design to production.
• Define best practices for data pipelines, orchestration, streaming and data integration.
• Contribute to data mesh and event-driven architecture initiatives.
• Lead solution design discussions and document architectural decisions.
• Ensure solutions align with standards, requirements and scalability needs.
