Job summary

Shield is looking for an experienced Application Operations Specialist for its Lisbon office. This role involves implementing and maintaining Shield’s SaaS and on-premise products, ensuring secure and reliable cloud deployments.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing the application lifecycle, strong skills in Kubernetes and automation tools, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience with enterprise applications in production environments.
• Administering application infrastructure like networking and storage.
• Kubernetes and automation tool proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Implement and configure the Shield platform for customers.
• Execute integrations with external data sources.
• Create technical documentation for implementations.
