AgileEngine in Lisbon, Portugal, seeks a Senior Data and Analytics Engineer who will function as a DevOps Engineer responsible for maintaining production and staging environments, performing migrations, and improving cloud reliability.

You will monitor real-time systems, support CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to observability and automation. Experience with Kubernetes, GitOps, and IaC is essential; weekend migrations may be required.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Production Operations.
• Experience with AWS EKS in production environments.
• Experience supporting production SaaS applications.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD systems (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, CircleCI, or similar).
• GitOps experience and strong Git fundamentals.
• Experience using GitHub, Jira, and Confluence in collaborative engineering environments.

Responsabilidades

• Migrate applications between environments; weekend migrations may be required.
• Monitor and support production and staging environments in real time for high availability and performance.
• Respond to incidents, perform triage and root cause analysis, contribute to post-incident reviews.
• Participate in an on-call rotation with defined SLAs.
• Handle ad-hoc operational requests from Product, Support, and internal teams.
• Maintain and enhance monitoring, dashboards, logs, and metrics; improve observability practices.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, production releases, and GitOps workflows.
• Contribute to automation to reduce operational toil.
• Maintain and improve Kubernetes-based infrastructure and containerized workloads.
• Support Infrastructure as Code practices and ongoing environment improvements.
