Essity is seeking a Clinical Education Specialist in Portugal to deliver educational programs for healthcare professionals and support adoption of TENA Solutions and UMP Protocol products. You will build strong relationships with providers, identify learning needs, and contribute to customer account plans.

The role requires nursing qualifications, experience in clinical education, and fluency in Portuguese and English, with regular travel across Portugal.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent healthcare degree.
• Experience in clinical education or healthcare training.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning and clinical practices.
• Proficient with digital tools and blended learning.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal.

• Deliver educational programs, workshops, and training sessions for healthcare professionals on Essity products and solutions
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and support customers during implementation and adoption of TENA Solutions and UMP Protocol programs

• Maintain a strong field presence to gather insights and understand market trends

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of Essity’s healthcare portfolio and its impact on patient outcomes
• Support customer discussions and negotiations to deliver mutually beneficial solutions and sustainable partnerships

Requirements

• Registered Nurse qualification or equivalent healthcare-related degree
• Previous experience in clinical education, nursing, healthcare training, medical devices, healthcare solutions, or a customer-facing healthcare role
• Strong knowledge of clinical practices, adult learning principles, and healthcare product applications
• Comfortable using digital tools and blended learning methods
• Excellent communication, presentation, relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
• Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Willingness to travel regularly across Portugal
