Smith+Nebreas is seeking a Clinical Support Representative to expand the adoption of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio across Portugal. You will partner with healthcare professionals to demonstrate clinical and economic value while helping improve patient outcomes.
This field-based role requires building partnerships, delivering expert product support, and leading discussions that showcase clinical outcomes and ROI across the North, Central regions and islands.

Are you a clinically minded healthcare professional who thrives on building relationships and creating value for customers? As a Clinical Support Representative, you will play a key role in expanding the adoption of our Advanced Wound Management portfolio, partnering with healthcare professionals to demonstrate clinical and economic value while helping improve patient outcomes across Portugal.
In this field based role, you will work closely with hospitals, clinicians, key opinion leaders, and healthcare stakeholders across the North and Central regions of Portugal and the islands. You will combine your clinical expertise with a commercial mindset to identify opportunities, support protocol implementation, generate evidence, and drive the adoption of our product portfolios.
You will build long term customer partnerships, provide expert product support, and lead value based discussions that demonstrate both clinical outcomes and return on investment. Working across established accounts, you will help customers address their challenges while supporting sustainable business growth and delivering exceptional service.
Success in this role comes from combining strong clinical knowledge with the ability to influence, educate, and build trusted partnerships across healthcare environments.
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is €30,750 - €46,250 annually.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on objective, job-related factors including (but not limited to) relevant skills, qualifications, and experience, scope and responsibilities of the role, geographic location, and internal equity considerations. Compensation decisions are made using consistent and gender-neutral criteria, in line with applicable pay transparency laws. This role has been evaluated within our internal job architecture and mapped to a defined pay band to ensure consistency and fairness.
