Impress in Portugal is seeking a Clinic Director to lead clinical and sales teams across our fast-growing orthodontic clinics. You will drive patient journeys, oversee front-office to dental staff, and ensure a superb in-clinic experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales targets, and brand guardianship in a dynamic, startup-style environment with opportunities to grow with Impress.

Qualificações

• Experience leading teams in a service or dental setting preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.

Responsabilidades

• Be the face of Impress, greet customers, sell treatments and guide timelines.
• Engage with customers to maintain excitement about their journey.
• Oversee customers from first visit to end of treatment and resolve issues.
• Involve in marketing, influencer engagement, and media shoots.
• Train new hires, sales associates, doctors, and staff.
• Create schedules and drive team performance.
• Track conversions and meet sales budgets.
• Ensure 100% professional look and feel in clinics.

What you will do:

• Be the face of Impress, greet customers, sell Impress treatments and productions, and guide customers through timelines and expectations
• Engage and form a genuine connection with our customers to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile
• Take responsibility for the customers from the first visit until the end of treatment, solve issues of problem patients
• Engage in marketing, receipt of influencers, and photoshoots and video recordings
• Train new comers and sales associates, doctors and medical staff
• Create schedules and ensure best team performance
• Track conversions and ensure good performance
• Meet sales budgets
• Ensure 100% amazing look and feel in the clinics

What we expect from you:

• +2 years of experience in a similar role
• Previous experience in the Dental Industry will be considered as a plus
• You are a team player, positive, curious and enthusiast
• You are goal oriented and you like working with autonomy
• You are proactive and eager to take responsibilities
• You have high communication skills
• English is highly recommended
