A leading dental clinic in Porto is seeking a Dental Receptionist to join their dynamic team. You will be the face of the clinic, greeting patients and managing documentation while ensuring a welcoming experience. The ideal candidate has a background in customer service, preferably in a dental or medical setting, and possesses excellent communication skills. Qualificações

• Experience in customer service is essential.
• Experience in a dental or medical clinic is preferred.
• Ability to relate and provide care to patients.
• Energetic, well-organised and team spirited.
• Friendly and gentle manner, ability to relate and give absolute care to our patients.
• Excellent organisational and management skills.
• Strong knowledge and use of PC and common software applications.
• Availability to travel for ensuring the clinics’ criteria is up to standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet patients entering the clinic.
• Organize patient documentation and medical forms.
• Manage the clinic diaries and ensure patient flow.
• Manage the clinic diaries.
• Maintain confidentiality for ensuring that patient information is kept secure and accessible only to authorised personnel.
• Maximise efficiencies and patient experience.
• Coordinate with booking teams to improve patient flow to clinicians throughout the day.
