TransPerfect Lisbon is seeking a capable Project Coordinator to join our client services team. You will respond to client requests, work with production, and manage budgets and timelines for translation projects.

You will coordinate resources, set client expectations, and ensure high-quality deliverables while maintaining ISO-compliant processes and strong cross-cultural communication. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and experience in customer service, with excellent English writing and

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Experience in customer service is essential.
Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Experience coordinating projects and allocating resources is a plus.
Proficient MS Office and computer skills.

Respond to client requests for new project initiatives through centralized technology.
Collaborate with production team to assess scope, cost and timeline estimates.
Initiate project work with budget, schedule and instructions, anticipating obstacles.
Ensure pitfalls are addressed with the client before submission to production.
Set up project specifics to enable success for the production team.
Learn clients’ industries and cultures to provide high level service.
Monitor progress, meet deadlines, and deliver quality results.
Serve as liaison between external client contacts and internal staff.
Discuss issues with clients and production staff to resolve problems.
