Job summary

BNP Paribas Wealth Management in Lisbon is hiring a Client Service Team Leader for Reception and Transmission of Orders (RTO). The role focuses on efficient reception and forwarding of client stock orders, coordinating with Middle Office and markets, and ensuring timely execution.

You will monitor order status, enforce procedures, and manage a small team, guiding coverage and training while tracking key performance indicators to maintain high service quality.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Management or Economics.
• At least 4 years of experience in a dynamic and customer-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of financial markets and related products.
• Fluent in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Reception and processing of orders: Ensure the reception of customer orders and their transmission to the Teams concerned as soon as possible.
• Order execution monitoring: Ensure that orders are properly transmitted and executed in compliance with procedures, deadlines and quality requirements and inform customers of the status of their processing.
• Interdepartmental coordination: Work in close collaboration with the Middle Office and the markets to which the clients are attached to ensure smooth order processing.
• Compliance control: Verify that orders comply with client procedures and expectations.
• Incident management: Identify and promptly resolve any problems or inconsistencies in the execution of orders, related to stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement: Participate in process optimisation to improve efficiency, responsiveness and service quality of the team.
• Team management: Ensure the team’s organization (coverage/availability) and training, and follow the financial indicators related to the activity.
