Clan is seeking a Client Manager for a Luxury Specialized Retail store in Luanda. You will provide personalized customer service, maintain the store image, and deliver high-quality technical assistance while proactively managing customer relationships.

The role requires fluency in Mandarin, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to work shifts in a luxury retail environment. Prior experience in customer service is essential.

Qualificações

• Minimum education: 12th grade; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service.
• Fluency in Mandarin.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (user level).
• Ability to work towards targets and perform autonomously.

Requisitos

• Minimum education: 12th Grade; Bachelor’s degree (preferred);
• Previous experience in customer service;
• Fluency in Mandarin;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (user level);
• Ability to work towards targets and perform autonomously;
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport;
• Proactivity, commercial drive, and strong sales argumentation skills;
• Availability to work shifts;
• Residence in Luanda.
