Inetum is seeking a Clearing Operations Analyst to join the Derivatives Execution & Clearing area. You will support back-office clearing, reconciliation, and risk-control activities while coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

The role emphasizes accuracy, collaboration, and continuous improvement of control frameworks in a dynamic environment. A bachelor’s degree and English proficiency are required.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge or interest in Financial Markets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• English – Advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a primary point of contact for counterparties (clients, brokers, clearing houses) regarding trade allocation and clearing activities.
• Monitor and allocate trades throughout the day to ensure smooth STP (Straight Through Processing) flows.
• Follow up on pending trades, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure timely booking.
• Perform reconciliations between internal systems and external platforms (e.g., exchanges).
• Support the identification, assessment, and monitoring of operational risks.
• Execute required exercises and close-out processes.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives aimed at improving systems and processes.
• Manage daily communication through multiple channels (email, phone, etc.).
• Monitor different types of delivery products and ensure accuracy of positions, margins, and payments.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and gather required information.
• Escalate unresolved issues when needed and support continuous improvement of control frameworks.
