Job summary

Keenfinity is a PE-backed group delivering critical security solutions with a focus on divestiture readiness and cross-border security collaboration. As CISO, you own risk across Keenfinity IT, oversee SIEM/SOC, IAM, and ISMS, and lead due diligence for BU sales while engaging with CFOs and PE investors.

The role requires deep expertise in ISO 27001, IAM, SOC/SIEM, cloud security, and executive communication. Based in Ovar with regular travel to Straubing, Munich HQ and BU locations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT security leadership roles.
• 3+ years at CISO or Head of Security level.
• Experience with M&A security: carve-outs, divestitures or acquisitions.
• Deep expertise in ISO 27001 / ISMS, IAM architecture, SOC/SIEM, or cloud security (Azure).
• Ability to present due diligence packages to CFO/PE investors.
• Fluent German and English; executive communication across finance and tech.
• Based in Ovar with regular travel to German sites.

Responsibilities

• Define and own IT security strategy for the divestiture period.
• Establish and maintain IT security governance framework.
• Lead security due diligence preparation for each BU sale.
• Provide strategic direction to SOC Lead, IAM Lead, ISMS Manager.
• Coordinate with the Enterprise Architect on separation blueprints.
• Sign-off authority at every BU divestiture phase gate.
