A Argo procura um Chief Operating Officer (COO) para liderar o escalonamento operacional da empresa em Porto, assegurando entregas com qualidade, disciplina financeira e governança de projetos. O candidato ideal terá historial comprovado em operações físicas complexas e gestão de equipas multidisciplinares.

Será responsável por estruturar o backbone operacional, assegurar o cumprimento de prazos, custos e padrões de segurança, e manter alinhamento com os fundadores e investidores.

Qualifications

• Execução e comissionamento de operações físicas bem-sucedidas
• Desenho e implementação de SOPs e rotinas operacionais
• Execução comercial e negociação de contratos com clientes e fornecedores
• Gestão de CAPEX/OPEX, margens e economics de projeto
• Experiência em startups/scale-ups, construção de operações desde o zero
• Liderança de equipas multidisciplinares
• Rede industrial estabelecida com stakeholders relevantes
• Capacidade de comunicar progresso operacional a investidores e comitês

Responsabilités

• Liderar as primeiras implantações industriais e atividades de comissionamento
• Estabelecer processos operacionais repetíveis e governança de projetos
• Estruturar cadeia de suprimentos, procurement e gestão de fornecedores
• Traduzir compromissos comerciais em planos de entrega fiéis e rentáveis
• Gerar visibilidade de CAPEX/OPEX e margens a nível de projeto e da empresa
• Construir equipas operacionais, rituais de decisão e disciplina de reporting
• Apoiar negociações com clientes, fornecedores e parceiros
• Assegurar entrega operacionalmente viável e financeiramente sólida

TheCOOwillworkdirectlywiththefoundersandwillbeaccountableforbuildingtheoperatingsystemthatallowsSeamoretechtomovefromfirstdeploymentstorepeatable,margin-consciousdeliveryacrosscustomers,suppliersandindustrialsites.
