Job summary

Alloga, part of Cencora, is seeking a CGT Solution Delivery Manager to coordinate design, development and delivery of Cell & Gene Therapy solutions across Europe. You will liaise with in-country teams, partners and internal stakeholders to ensure regulatory alignment, feasibility and successful CGT service rollout.

Qualifications

• Experience in CGT or advanced therapies logistics, including cold chain and time-critical distribution.
• Strong ability to manage multiple workstreams across countries and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse internal and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).

Responsibilities

• Support design and development of CGT service propositions for pan-European clients.
• Assist in creating solution blueprints, service descriptions, and operational models for CGT logistics.
• Coordinate with in-country teams on regulatory requirements and operational feasibility for CGT delivery.
• Support pricing for CGT solutions and manage third-party partnerships.
• Act as a coordination point between operations, quality/compliance, and external partners across Europe.
