Job summary

Regus in Lisbon is seeking a Customer Services Manager to lead our centre with autonomy and resources, treating it as your own business. You will manage everything on site, tackle challenges, give tours to prospective customers, upsell to existing clients, and ensure world-class service that turns customers into brand ambassadors for Regus and IWG.

You will embody ownership, drive and resilience, nurturing a team and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering against targets in a small, close-knit team.
• Experience leading a flexible workspace centre or similar site (e.g., store/restaurant).
• Strong mindset: passion, drive, ownership and resilience.

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for managing anything and everything on site.
• Rising to every challenge and solving problems.
• Giving tours to prospective customers.
• Upselling to existing customers.
• Looking after our customers so well that each becomes a brand ambassador for you, your team and Regus/IWG.
